Ketentuan Garansi Resmi 12 Bulan (1 Tahun)
Warranty Policy:

Every Mils Product is guaranteed with 12 month warranty coverage (from purchase date).
Setiap produk mils dijamin dengan perlindungan garansi 12 bulan (dari tanggal pembelian).

Products that are claimed are only products with production errors, not due to damage caused by users including being exposed to water, being hit, or other things that have the potential to cause physical or internal damage.
Produk yang diklaim garansi merupakan kerusakan yang disebabkan kesalahan produksi, tidak termasuk kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh pengguna termasuk terkena air, terbentur, atau hal lainnya yang berpotensi menyebabkan kerusakan fisik maupun internal.

Garansi hangus apabila:
- a. The unit has been disassembled by the user. (Produk telah dibongkar pasang oleh pengguna).
- b. Damage caused by users is exposed to water, being hit, or other things that have the potential to cause physical or internal damage.
- c. The product is used improperly or not following the guidelines, including the usage of incompatible power of chargers. (Menggunakan charger dengan daya tidak sesuai).
